Pillar Innovations is now accepting applications for a full-time Accounts ManagerThe Accounts Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost effective deliveries as well as constantly assessing customer feedback to both build and establish relationships with new and existing customers in a wide array of industries that may include, but not be limited to:  Construction, Manufacturing, Power Plants, Commercial, Aggregate, Oil and Gas, Factories, Plants, Coal, Wind Energy, etc. 

This position will require a flexible schedule with travel to customer sites for deliveries and pick-ups.  Candidates must be willing to work extended hours to include weekends, holidays and evenings.  Areas of operations include, but are not limited to:  IN, KY, IL, and AL


The Accounts Manager will work out of the Pillar Innovations Shop located in Evansville, IN. 


  • Make deliveries to customer sites
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients
  • Manage employer’s client relationships and providing customers with excellent service and support
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Ascertain customer’s needs and wants
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Assist with warehouse/shop/inventory/EMU management


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Good communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Great customer service
  • Previous sales experience preferred not required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Operator 10 DOT preferred or ability to obtain
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability and willingness to perform a variety of tasks

  5. Required safety equipment: Steel toe and/or metatarsal boots, protective eye wear, gloves, hard hat, and hearing protection


Additional Eligibility Qualifications:


  1. Must possess a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment
  2. This position requires the completion of a thorough pre-employment background check including employment, education, SSN verifications, employment references, and pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings.
