    We are currently on the lookout for licensed electricians to join our Farmington, NM team. Industries our electrical team operates in include:  Construction, Manufacturing, Power, Utility, Solar, Municipal, Aggregate, Oil and Gas, Coal, Food & Beverage, Wind Energy, etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and direct all day-to-day electrical work required for the completion of projects and assignments
    • Work with Project Managers to ensure jobs are timely, on-budget, meet code requirements, and customer needs
    • Coordinate with inspectors and other trades as needed
    • Train and develop personnel as required
    • Read and interpret electrical drawings, circuitry and schematics
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and propose solutions for electrical issues
    • Provide detailed paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping, billing and inventory
    • Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in a professional and workman-like manner
    • Assist in other areas of the company and perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license required
    • 3+ years of industrial electrical supervisory experience
    • Journeyman or Electricians License for the State of New Mexico
    • Experience with low, medium and high voltage systems and components
    • Must possess or be willingness to obtain one of the following licenses within twelve (12) months of hire:
    • State of New Mexico Office of Miners’ Health, Safety & Training, Certified Electrician Card
    • S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration, Qualified Electrician card
    • Strong understanding of materials, methods, equipment & tools involved in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and components
    • Must be dependable, trustworthy, and possess a positive and productive attitude
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to travel work a flexible schedule
    • Willingness to undergo a background and drug screening is required
