    We are currently on the lookout for licensed electricians to join our Morgantown, WV team. The Electrical Foreman will be a working Foreman that, participates in and leads and directs the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of electrical components and applications ranging from low to high voltage. 

     

    Industries our electrical team operates in include:  Construction, Manufacturing, Power, Utility, Solar, Municipal, Aggregate, Oil and Gas, Coal, Food & Beverage, Wind Energy, etc. The Electrical Foreman will work out of the Pillar Shop located in Morgantown, WV.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct all day-to-day electrical work required for the completion of projects and assignments
    • Lead the team in installing and testing new equipment
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and propose solutions for electrical issues within existing systems
    • Work with Project Managers to ensure jobs are timely, on-budget, meet code requirements, and customer needs
    • Coordinate with inspectors and other trades as needed
    • Read and follow electrical code, manuals, wiring and circuitry drawings, blueprints, schematics and other electrical specifications
    • Provide detailed paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping, billing and inventory
    • Train and develop personnel as required
    • Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in a professional and workman-like manner
    • Assist in other areas of the company and perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license required
    • 3+ years of industrial electrical supervisory experience
    • Journeyman or Master Electricians License for the State of West Virginia
    • Experience with low, medium, and high voltage systems and components
    • Must possess or have the ability, knowledge and willingness to obtain one of the following licenses within twelve (12) months of hire:
    • State of West Virginia Office of Miners’ Health, Safety & Training, Certified Electrician Card and U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration, Qualified Electrician card.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, circuitry and schematics
    • Repair, install and maintain 3-phase power, high voltage apparatus and electrical and electronic components and equipment
    • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule that may include travel, out-of-town work, weekends, extended hours and call-out work
    • Must be dependable; trustworthy; and possess a positive and productive attitude toward co-workers and customers
    • Willingness to undergo a background and drug screening process is required
