The general role of the Detailer II – Engineering & Automation is to provide detailing and file processing support for a wide range of projects as they progress from concept to installation. The projects will be in support of a variety of applications for fabrication, machining, and construction. This individual will work in collaboration with other engineering, shop, and field personnel on multiple projects at once. The work will be performed primarily in the office, with occasional assignments to the shop and customer sites as needed. This position will direct and supervise other detailing personnel as assigned.
This individual possesses an advanced understanding of the fabrication process, drafting principles, 3D design, and requires an aptitude and willingness for both hands-on work in the shop or field as well as work in an office setting. This position must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include travel and overtime as needed.
The Detailer II will report to a Senior Detailer or other Engineering Manager as assigned and works primarily out of the Grantsville location.
