Our Second Shift Shop Welder – Fabrication & Machining role lets you work just four days a week (4/10 schedule), enjoy a 30-minute paid lunch, and earn a $2/hour shift differential for evening hours. You’ll benefit from a focused, less hectic shop environment while tackling challenging, precision welding projects—and have three full days off to recharge.
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, with a paid lunch break. You’ll weld and fabricate metal components from blueprints, work orders, and instructions using GMAW, GTAW, SAW, and SMAW processes. Materials include steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized metals. Tiered levels allow you to advance based on certifications and the complexity of projects you take on. There are three levels of Shop Welders:
This individual will have a thorough understanding of all aspects of industrial fabrication and must be proficient with the products and services offered by the company, and must be flexible and willing to work extended hours as needed.
