As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take on a leadership role providing technical expertise and guidance for a wide range of projects, from concept to installation, including custom electromechanical equipment, robotics, structures, workstations, and equipment mounting. In this position, you’ll not only apply your expert knowledge of mechanical engineering design principles but also mentor and supervise other engineering personnel while working closely with engineers and project managers to ensure project success. The role offers a mix of office-based design work, hands-on involvement in the shop, and site work at customer locations, giving you the opportunity to see your designs through every stage of development. Flexibility is key, as the position may require travel and extended hours, though overnight travel is typically infrequent. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to impactful projects and lead within a collaborative, innovative engineering team, this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference.
