The general role of the Electrical Estimator is to provide project pricing, estimates and proposals to support the efforts of the Electrical Team and to cultivate new business through customer relations. The Estimator may also assist in the scheduling, bill of materials (BOM’s), and overall coordination of projects, which can include but not be limited to the following: availability of personnel, resources, and materials; required tooling and equipment, and provide project start-up support to the Project Manager assigned to the job.
This position will regularly communicate and coordinate with the Electrical Department management and managers within various departments to support the following industries such as: Industrial Construction, Manufacturing, Power Plants, Aggregate, Oil and Gas, Factories, Plants, Coal, Wind Energy, Solar, Commercial, Residential, etc.
This position will require a flexible schedule that includes extended hours, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
The Electrical Estimator will report to the Divison Manager.
